With a clean slate and a modest budget, Nielson wanted a website that wasn’t just your run of the mill dental website. They wanted something clean and simple, yet sophisticated and warm. With a primary goal of having visitors pick up the phone and call for a first appointment, the Nielson website has been hugely successful. With over 1000 unique visitors in 2009, Nielson has been able to almost completely eliminate their Yellow Pages advertising without seeing a drop in new patients.
In 2009, we saw a need to upgrade the infrastructure at Nielson Family Dentistry. In the span of four months, we upgraded their internet connection, implemented a comprehensive, real-time back-up solution, as well as migrated the entire messaging platform from Exchange 2003 to Google Apps.
In late 2009, the doctors at Nielson Family Dentistry became certified Invisalign Providers, offering a cosmetic orthodontic solution. In turn, Nielson asked us to update some of the content of the site, as well as change their SEO positioning. With a bit of work, we were able to get them some very high rankings for their relevant search terms.
